I will not at any time hold MBNY, its officers, members, or any other entity associated with MBNY, liable for any type of injury physical or otherwise, which my property or I may sustain as a result of my involvement in MBNY. This includes any harm done at any planned or spontaneous MBNY gathering and at any locale private or public. I assume total responsibility for my actions, and understand that the board of MBNY reserves the right by a simple majority to decide now or hereafter to termination of my membership with or without cause. I am also aware that photos and/or video may be taken at our events and used for publicity purposes.
